S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, Ind.'s series 2024F stormwater revenue bonds, issued for the Marion County Stormwater Management District. S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the bond bank's existing stormwater system senior-lien revenue debt, issued for Marion County Stormwater Management District. The outlook is stable. The qualified entity, Marion County Stormwater Management District, was created by the City-County Council of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana. Officials intend to use the $60.1 million of series 2024F bond proceeds and bond premium to refund several series of existing debt, and to pay issuance costs.
