...September 23, 2024 NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 23, 2024--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '###' long-term rating to Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, Ind.'s series 2024F stormwater revenue bonds, issued for the Marion County Stormwater Management District. S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its '###' rating on the bond bank's existing stormwater system senior-lien revenue debt, issued for Marion County Stormwater Management District. The outlook is stable. "The stormwater district's credit quality is anchored by an extremely strong set of management policies that has included a willingness to pursue capital improvements while increasing rates, so that debt service coverage and liquidity remain at high enough levels to prevent overleveraging of the system," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Alan Shabatay.
