S&P Global Ratings assigned 'AA-' long-term rating to Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank's $80.705 million series 2024E bonds, secured by Indianapolis' moral obligation pledge. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA+' issuer credit rating (ICR) on Indianapolis, along with our 'AA+' long-term rating on existing debt supported by the city's ad valorem property tax pledge based on the application of "Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments," published Sept. 9, 2024; our 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on all previously rated moral obligation bonds; and our 'A+' SPUR on the city's 2023 F-1 moral obligation bonds.
