Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook on its 'A-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Harris County Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 188, Texas' general obligation (GO) debt to positive from stable. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A-' long-term rating and SPUR on the district's GO debt.
