Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating to Freddie Mac's multifamily variable-rate class A certificates series M029 and M030. The rating is based on the credit enhancement provided by Freddie Mac (AA+/Stable/A-1+). Freddie Mac will guarantee payments of interest at the term extended rate on the series M029 class A certificates and at the LIBOR index rate on the series M030 class A certificates, plus principal on the underlying bonds that is passed through to the respective class A certificate holders. The Freddie Mac standby credit enhancement shall terminate on the series expiration date (trust termination date), but shall remain in effect with respect to any bond payments made within 366 days prior to an owner or sponsor
