Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating to Freddie Mac's multifamily M certificates, series M032. The rating is based on a credit enhancement provided by Freddie Mac (AA+/Stable/A-1+). Freddie Mac will guarantee payments of interest at the term extended rate on the series M032 class A certificates, plus principal on the underlying bonds that is passed through to the respective class A certificate holders. The Freddie Mac standby credit enhancement shall terminate on the series expiration date (trust termination date), but shall remain in effect with respect to any bond payments made within 366 days prior to an owner or sponsor act of bankruptcy, until the earlier of (A) the administrator's receipt of a certificate dated no earlier
