S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' rating and stable outlook to Cass County School District R-III (Pleasant Hill), Mo.'s series 2019 general obligation (GO) bonds based on its eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program. Officials intend to use series 2019 bond proceeds to construct additional classroom space and an auxiliary gymnasium and complete improvements and repairs to existing facilities.
