At the same time, S&P Global Ratings has affirmed its '##+' long term rating on the GO debt, and affirmed its '##' long-term and underlying ratings (SPUR) on the city and county's appropriation obligations. In addition, S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##+' long-term rating, and positive outlook to the city and county's series 2018A (Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks, election of 2012) and 2018B (transportation and road improvements, election of 2014) GO bonds.
