Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 15, 2019--S&P Global Ratings has corrected by reinstating its 'A+/A-1' rating on San Francisco City&County's series 2002A multifamily housing variable-rate revenue bonds, issued for the Folsom-Dore apartments project. S&P Global Ratings withdrew this rating in error due to an administrative error related to redemption notifications. Since the issue is outstanding, S&P Global Ratings is reinstating the rating.
