NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 21, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today raised its ratings on SATURNS Trust No. 2003-9 (Altria Group Inc. debenture-backed)'s $51.555 million 7.125% callable class A units and 0.60366% interest-only callable class B units to 'BBB+' from 'BBB'. Our ratings on the class A and B units are weak-linked to the underlying collateral, Altria Group Inc.'s $51.555 million 7.75% debentures due Jan. 15, 2027 ('BBB+'). Today's rating actions reflect the March 12, 2014, raising of our rating on the underlying security to 'BBB+' from 'BBB'.
