NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 1, 2003--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its 'BBB' rating on Structured Asset Trust Unit Repackings (SATURNS) Altria Group Inc. Debenture Backed Series 2003-9's $51,555,000 7.125% callable class A units and 0.60366% interest-only callable class B units and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications, where they were placed June 5, 2003(see list). The rating actions and CreditWatch removals follow the affirmation of the senior unsecured debt rating on Altria Group Inc., and its removal from CreditWatch with negative implications.
