DALLAS (Standard&Poor's) March 15, 2010-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected and raised its long-term ratings to 'A' from 'BBB' on Celina, Texas' series 2001 and 2003 tax, waterworks, and sewer system surplus revenue certificates of obligation, and series 2001 tax, waterworks, and sewer system surplus revenue refunding bonds. The outlook is stable. The series 2001 bonds are guaranteed by a bond insurance policy from Radian Asset Assurance Inc. (not rated), and the series 2003 bonds are guaranteed by a bond insurance policy from Syncora Guarantee Inc.
