Research Update: Platte County R-III School District, MO's $62 Million Series 2025A GO Bonds Rated 'AA'; Outlook Stable

S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Platte County R-III School District , Mo.'s anticipated $62 million series 2025A general obligation (GO) school building bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA' long-term rating on the district's GO debt and 'AA-' long-term rating on its leasehold revenue bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. The GO rating reflects the application of our "Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments," published Sept. 9, 2024, on RatingsDirect. The series 2025A GO bonds and GO debt outstanding are secured by the district's unlimited-tax GO pledge.
