OVERVIEW We reviewed our ratings on the series 2012-1 bonds issued by New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority. The trust is backed by a pool of private student loan collateral. We affirmed our ratings on 19 classes from the series 2012-1 bonds issued by New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority out of its June 2012 master trust. The affirmations reflect the trust's existing credit support and timely interest and principal payments under stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, among other factors.
