OVERVIEW We reviewed our ratings on New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority's series 2012-1 and 2013-1 bonds, which are backed by a pool of private student loan collateral. We affirmed our ratings on 37 classes from the series 2012-1 and 2013-1 bonds issued out of New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority's June 2012 master trust. The affirmations reflect the trust's existing credit support and timely interest and principal payments under stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, among other factors.
