Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's issuance is an ABS securitization backed by fixed-rate private student loans originated under Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's PA Forward Private Student Loan Program. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the senior series 2025-1A and subordinate series 2025-1C tax-exempt AMT fixed-rate bonds. The preliminary ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit support and payment and legal structures, among other factors.
