Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's issuance is an ABS transaction backed by fixed-rate private student loans originated under Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's PA Forward Student Loan Program. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the senior series 2024-1A and subordinate series 2024-1C tax-exempt AMT fixed-rate bonds.
