Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's issuance is an ABS transaction backed by fixed-rate private student loans originated under Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's PA Forward Student Loan Program. We assigned our ratings to the senior series 2024-1A and subordinate series 2024-1C tax-exempt fixed-rate bonds. The ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit support, fully funded debt service reserve fund, and payment and legal structure, among other factors.
