North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's issuance is an ABS securitization backed by a pool of fixed-rate private student loans originated under the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's student loan programs. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the senior series 2025A tax-exempt bonds.
