North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's issuance is an ABS securitization backed by a pool of fixed-rate private student loans originated under the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's student loan programs. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the senior series 2026A tax-exempt bonds. The preliminary ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit support, payment structure, and reserve fund, among other factors.
