We have affirmed our ratings on Genworth Financial and its U.S. life operating companies and removed the ratings from CreditWatch. We have raised our ratings on Genworth's U.S. mortgage insurance units and removed them from Creditwatch. The negative outlook reflects various risks faced by Genworth and its operating subsidiaries.
