We are revising our outlooks on Genworth Financial Inc. and Genworth Holdings Inc. to stable from negative We are affirming our 'BBB-' long-term counterparty credit ratings on both entities. SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 9, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it revised its outlook on Genworth Financial Inc. and intermediate holding company Genworth Holdings Inc. to stable from negative. We also affirmed our 'BBB-' long-term counterparty credit ratings on both entities. At the same time we revised the outlook on Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance Ltd. to stable from negative and affirmed our 'BBB-' long-term counterparty credit rating because it relies on a holding-company guarantee.
