Privately held C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. is one of the largest wholesale grocery distributors in the U.S. in this fragmented industry. In addition, we are assigning our 'BB-' senior secured debt rating to C&S Group Enterprises LLC's proposed $250 million senior secured notes due 2017, guaranteed by C&S Wholesale Grocers and other related entities.
