Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A-1' rating to Atlanta's series D and E CP notes. The series D CP notes include Atlanta's: Series D-1 and D-2 third-lien airport general revenue CP notes, and Series D-3 and series D-4 second-lien airport passenger facility charge CP notes and third-lien airport general revenue CP notes. The series E CP notes include Atlanta's: Series E-1 and E-2 third-lien airport general revenue CP notes, and Series E-3 and series E-4 second-lien airport passenger facility charge CP notes and third-lien airport general revenue CP notes. The ratings reflect our assessment of the credit and liquidity support that Bank of America N.A. provides for the series D CP notes and that Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ
