Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A-1' and 'A-1+' ratings to Atlanta's series 2015A-1 and 2015A-2 water and wastewater revenue commercial paper (CP) notes, respectively. The ratings reflect our view of credit and liquidity support provided for the notes in the form of irrevocable direct-pay letters of credit (LOCs) from PNC Bank N.A. (A-1) for series 2015A-1, and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (A-1+) for series 2015A-2. Each LOC fully supports all CP note payment obligations. The issuer is authorized to issue up to $250 million of series 2015 notes in two subseries (2015A-1 and 2015A-2). Each LOC provider will enhance $125 million, with a maximum maturity of 270 days.
