Question: Deane Michael Dray - RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Research Division - Analyst : Yes, Beth. As a follow-up to Jeff's question but a broader one in that since you have hit this 1-year milestone, and congratulations. The point -- the question is there's always this promise as a spin-out that the independent company will be more nimble, they will make their own decisions and grow faster and all the benefits of being independent. So if you just give a -- step back and say what -- how is the company being managed differently today, the growth investments just then, but are there other ways tangibly that you can share with us on how nVent is either going to grow faster or more profitable as an independent company.

And just as a separate question, since you are a new company and we're all gauging the level of precision in your guidance, and I think it's tangibly, you can see you've started off underpromising with an expectation to overdeliver. But if I look at your business mix, it's predominantly shorter cycle and it's predominantly distribution-based. So could you share with us a bit about your forecasting precision? What are the metrics and barometers that you look at within your products to give you a sense of how you're tracking? And that'd be helpful.
