Question: Robert Scott Graham - BMO Capital Markets Equity Research - Analyst
: Scott Graham from BMO. A year ago, we sat in a room and we listened to 2 different companies' sets of presentations. And the presentation that I
heard from you guys was very about One nVent and what have you. And you guys have made clear strides there, thank you for those examples.
The one thing that I do think has changed though is my sense last year was that the margin upside by segment was kind of a lot more in enclosures

and then like a lot less, or frankly, even almost none in thermal. And if I'm wrong on that, you'll correct me. But it seems like there is more opportunity
now. And I'm just kind of wondering, is it that you've just gotten a better look? I mean, some of you guys were already there so I'm not sure if that's
the reason. But what has happened to give you a little bit more visibility on margin upside for each of the segments? And then I do have a follow-up.
Question: Robert Scott Graham - BMO Capital Markets Equity Research - Analyst
: Okay, great. Although there will be a bit of a cost add to get to some of that opportunity, I think I heard you just say. Yes?
Question: Robert Scott Graham - BMO Capital Markets Equity Research - Analyst
: Right. And that's what I wanted to say with my second question, the $5 million, which you provided us for digital. It seems that both you and the
new Pentair are having to really undertake some significant investing behind the businesses. And I know a lot of you guys, a number of you guys,
particularly you, Beth, you trace your time back to pre-split. Kind of, what was going on then where there was so little investment, and then what
needs to take place today maybe beyond the $5 million this year of incremental investment to kind of get where you want to be by year-end?
Question: Robert Scott Graham - BMO Capital Markets Equity Research - Analyst
: And can you tell us, is there a number beyond that $5 million that you're willing to tell us what those investments would be for '19?
