...Okay, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for attending STMicroelectronics 2009 CES Show. We'll go ahead and get started here since I know there's some limited time for all of you folks, and we're expecting some other people to come drifting in. I know that transportation normally is extremely tough in this time of year, and -- so, thank you for coming. First of all, what I'd like to mention is Philippe Lambinet, who is our Executive VP of the HED Group, Home Entertainment and Displays, is not here with us today. And Roger will expand a little bit on that, but basically he had a skiing accident. So Roger Walker, the Deputy General Manager of HED will present today. Hopefully, you'll find it informative. And basically, from a housekeeping standpoint, we'll have about 30 minutes for the presentation, 30 minutes for Q&A, and then we'll have an hour with the demo room, which is right next door, with all of our technologists available for your questions. Question: Nick Gaudois - UBS - Analyst : Nick Gaudois, UBS. First question is a clarification on when you talked about where cable set-top box market growing this year, could you maybe underpin for us what are the drivers for this growth? And attached to this question is for the broader MPEG shipments you had, you shipped 76 million units last year; you had 78 million units in 2007. So we saw a small decrease or what I remember what in May, at your analyst day, you were quite bullish for the rest of the year on both cable and even some of those type of that segments doing well. Question: Nick Gaudois - UBS - Analyst : So, for '09, growth, you think will still come from China for cable? Or anything else you --?

Question: Nick Gaudois - UBS - Analyst : And the second question is we haven't heard much really about the Genesis acquisition and integration. So, it's probably important now that you guys come back to that and give us a bit of a progress report last year. And also give us a progress report on when you'll be able to have full integrated solutions delivered to the market.

Question: Nick Gaudois - UBS - Analyst : Sorry, two, perhaps. One is a follow-up to one of my questions that maybe if you get a chance, you could give us the revenues you consolidated from Genesis last year, or a broad idea of what they were. It would be useful, since you keep on referring to numbers including everything, including Genesis when you talk about growth in particular. And secondly, could you update us on your position vis-a-vis IP set-top box [farm-outs]. So, last year, we left you, [we view not] -- tackling the Microsoft pay segments. Has this changed? What is your view on the [whole new] market there?
