Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: I love it. I mean that's the easiest intro for questions that I've ever had. There's so much to ask. So let's start off with the era of extra, just bigger
picture. I guess, this is actually more narrow, utilization of goods. You talked about now being in a place where, because of the change in supply,
you're now there. An extra item kind of implies there's more utilization of the goods underlying that. Are you in the right place in terms of supply
to be able to offer 25% more? How do we think about that just from the inventory that you already have?
Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: Okay. The other thing that came up as you were talking is add ons, where somebody historically may have added on an additional item. How do
we think about the shift of four to five as we think about kind of subscriber ARPU, again, bringing it back to [excel], the model?
Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: Okay. Big picture, right? So you laid out three different pillars in terms of improving the customer experience, wherein I think it's basically inventory,
product discovery, and then ease of use. Big picture, broad buckets. Let's double-click on each of those. Inventory, is there anything else to highlight
there in terms of any additional thoughts other than the addition of a new unit across all the subscription packages?
Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: Okay. I think it -- either the second last slide. Maybe it's somewhere in there. You talked about 44 million users is your SAM now. That's up from 38
million. Whoever did that, thank you. It's up from 38 million at the time of the IPO. Talk about just the short-term opportunity. You've historically
highlighted that as 25-plus women -- 25-year-old women in the US were college-educated and at work. Did anything change there in terms of how
you think about the target market?
Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: I wanted to just circle back to the press release in terms of something that in the wording. And maybe I'm parsing too finely, but you talked about
in-shipment gifts and other online perks from brand partners as well as a new content series. Is there any marketing that's now being associated
with what you guys are putting in packages? Or how do we think about those brand partners?
Question: Andrew Boone - JMP Securities LLC - Analyst
: It looked like there was a question out there.
