Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: A question for you on the number of RFPs that you have out with -- you mentioned a large province in Canada and a number of states. It sounds
like some good opportunities here. Is there a way to help us to understand how to size these opportunities. And I think, Luc, just in your closing
comments there, you mentioned some of these will start to occur maybe in the 12- to 24-month range. I'm just curious if you can give us some
thoughts there on the potential timing of awards and how this might flow through to your -- to the financials?
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Okay. So got it. In the meantime, as you think about the next few quarters out here, you did $20.3 million in total for the eprocurement segment
this quarter. I think, Deborah, you mentioned you're not seeing revenue compression. So just give us views there on how to think about the organic
where there's a growth profile from the existing business, how to think about the drivers there.
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Okay. Great. That's super helpful. Maybe switching to Unified Commerce, a bunch of different drivers there to think about. Number one, do you
expect -- do we get any more post transition services related to SPS over the coming quarters? Or is that complete?
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Got you. And then on k-eCommerce, that line looks like it's been pretty steady, some slight growth there. I think you've got a number of drivers
there. you talked about integrations, but the Orckestra, it's been down on lower implementation. Is that kind of going to stabilize into 2024?
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Got it. Yes, makes sense. Maybe just the last one for me then just on the cost side of the equation. You mentioned there's still some incremental
cost savings that will feel in Q1 relative to Q4, given some of the restructurings we've done in the quarter. Can we talk about how much is expected
there? And then second, how do we think about the level of restructuring that will be booked and I guess, adjusted out in the EBITDA number. Just
-- just talk about the restructuring. I think there's going to be some payouts throughout the remainder of 2024.
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Okay. So just to be clear, $700,000 restructuring that will hit in Q1.
Question: Kevin Krishnaratne - Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, Research Division - Analyst
: Okay. And then -- and so you'll be likely be adjusted EBITDA positive every quarter through 2024. And would you be cash flow positive in Q1 as
well? Free cash flow?
