: Just first. On Northern Virginia, you said you seeing some pricing stability and even some improvement in that market. So I guess with that, what
does that mean for you in terms of opportunity as you sort of think about that market going forward?

you seeing in the colo space or would you say most of the new competition is more geared towards the hyperscale data center side?
