Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital - Analyst
: My first question -- Latin America. You talk about strong demand, you moved equipment over there, what is your current utilization of equipment,
and how much more equipment do you see the need to move over there in the short term?
Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital - Analyst
: Thank you so much. And then moving to Canada, we are now in the second half of the year. How does Canada look as we're getting closer to the
winter? Are there any early indications for a strong winter?
Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital - Analyst
: Thank you so much.

Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Number 1, could you give us a dollar amount or some kind of indication of what channel count is out in eastern Europe, and then kind of an update
on the new facility out there and how the staffing and putting talent to work there is going?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Okay. And as I look at this, my margins are -- I'm sure costs of good sold are still going to be very high in Q4, Q1. And Q2 is when you guys start to
shift equipment, and that's when you're going to have a little bit higher costs associated with moving that equipment around. Did I hear that
correctly?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Okay. And we'll see a little bit more in Q3 as you continue to add more equipment?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: And digging in a little bit deeper into the G&A, were there any 1-time deal costs that we are seeing in there that are going to go away? And how
should I look at modeling that out into the future? As well as the stock-based comp line item?
