Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital Partners - Analyst
: Good morning, congratulations. My first question is on the US market. Help me understand that. You said steady activity in the shale but the market
is somehow challenging. Yet, talking to the seismic operators, almost all of them are running at full capacity. Isn't it logical that they're going to
come to you and rent equipment?
Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital Partners - Analyst
: Okay, thank you. But if I'm a seismic operator and I need equipment, you have equipment available right now, there is no wait time?
Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital Partners - Analyst
: Thank you. And my other question is the downhole instruments. You said demand is improving. Can you satisfy demand with what you have on
hand or do you plan on buying more on this side of the business?
Question: Veny Aleksandrov - Pritchard Capital Partners - Analyst
: Thank you. And the last one. The additional channels in Eastern Europe -- about the same, around 20,000 channels, as you did in Latin America?
More? Less? What are your plans?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Yes, good morning. Phenomenal quarter, guys. How you all doing? I had a question, following up what Veny was asking on. When we look at Latin
America, and as utilization's ramping up, what do you think your total channel count could go to over the next, say, 6 months to 12 months?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Okay. And then following up on something you said about revenues in Canada not actually being as strong due to an earlier breakup --
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: In Russia. Okay. So you weren't as strong as a year ago in Russia, or as strong as you could have been. Is what we should take from that, with adding
Latin America, that the decline in revenues on the lease side isn't going to be as substantial? Can you quantify that a little bit? Are we thinking
down 10% to 15% or a normal 30%-plus decline in that segment?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Okay. And how much of the improvement that we're seeing is due to utilization? And is there some pricing impact also helping us? And what
markets do we see the best pricing power?
Question: Brian Uhlmer - Global Hunter Securities, LLC - Analyst
: Thanks, great quarter.

Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: Mitcham, a couple questions. First, what are you seeing out there, Billy, as far as just, as your cash situation is starting to look pretty good, are there
some private, international, domestic out there that are getting your attention that could help you ramp up quicker? As far as just M&A activity,
Billy, what are you seeing?
Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: The other part, where I'm going with that, does it make more sense to do that or does it make more sense just to continue to grow it organically,
in your opinion?
Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: Got it. Bill, for you or Rob, in some of these areas like in Hungary that you're looking at or in Latin America or Singapore Marine, what do you see
as far as margins, just comparatively? Is there a huge swing in margins from region to region on what you anticipate?
Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: And Rob, I was going to ask you about that. With the demand now for the market, it seems that supply is getting tight in some of those markets
where you're entering. Are you able to get those longer contracts than you have historically and lock them into some terms, maybe with just almost
like a term contract with maybe some inflation adjustors? Or how do you plan lengthen and structure of these contracts to do some of these?

Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: Got it. And then lastly, in the Russian area, I might have missed it. What's your thought as far as demand coming back or what are you seeing in
that segment in general?
Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: Okay. And then last question, if I could. Bill, how does it affect you with the Dawson, TGE merger? If you have more consolidation going forward
in the domestic market, does that have any positive, negative or any effect on your business?
Question: Neal Dingmann - SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - Analyst
: No, I'm just saying, I'm assuming if there is more consolidation, would that have any effect on your business?
