payment seems to have gone up this quarter versus the sequential previous quarter. How should one think about it? Are those payments also likely

And last year, you also evaluated your accounting changes. What are your thoughts on moving to a percentage completion method from a project
completion method that some of the other developers have done? What stops you from doing it?
