...Well, good morning, everybody. I can't see you, but I hope you can see me. The purpose of this call this morning is really, what I'll call, a cup of tea with Swami. And it's really just an introductory call to let you see that, #1, he exists and #2, that he can talk. I purposely made it not a question-and-answer session. I just want it to be a succinct get-to-know-the-new-CEO. He's still in Florida at the moment, but I expect him here mid-month. And I just really -- don't forget that we only appointed him last Friday. So he's been on for 2.5 minutes, but I still thought it was worthwhile, just pushing this a little bit and making sure that shareholders who had an interest could see who he is and even, with some preliminary work, just how he thinks about the business and how he fits with the business and some initial reactions as well.
