...Good morning, and welcome to the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Planet Labs PBC. My name is William Marshall. I'm the Chairperson of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Labs. We also have a number of company officers here with us present here today are Ashley Johnson, our President and Chief Financial Officer; and Amy Keating, our Corporate Secretary and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer. Additionally, representatives from KPMG LLP, the company's independent registered public accounting firm, are also present here today. We are conducting this meeting virtually as permitted by the State of Delaware, our state of incorporation, the meeting will now officially come to order.
