...Good morning. I'm Jeremy Levin, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Ovid Therapeutics. And it's my pleasure to welcome you to the company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is now after 10:30 AM and I will call this meeting to order and proceed with introductions and formal business of the annual meeting. I would like to start off by thanking everyone for joining us today. Please let me introduce the members of our senior management present today.
