...Good morning. I'm Jeremy Levin, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Ovid Therapeutics. And it's my pleasure to welcome you to the company's 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It's now after 10:00 AM. And I will call this meeting to order and proceed with introduction and formal business of the Annual Meeting. I'd like to start off by thanking everyone for joining us today.
