Question: Paul Steep - Scotiabank - Analyst
: Mark, maybe you could talk first off, obviously, you highlighted the massive investment that EMC had been making into the products over the last
few years. How is the cloud positioned within this product portfolio, maybe and particularly you could speak just a little bit about LEAP? And then
I've got one quick follow-up.
Question: Paul Steep - Scotiabank - Analyst
: Great. Just a quick follow-up, on the Dell deal or the partnership agreement, can you just define the length of that agreement and the fact that
these products are going to stay presumably on the sales catalogue on their side for a length of time? And then just, John, can you comment on
the revenue fall off? Should we think of this as a traditional OpenText deal where license gets impacted typically in that 18 percent to 20 percent
year one? Thanks again, guys.
Question: Paul Steep - Scotiabank - Analyst
: Thanks, guys.
Question: Steven Li - Raymond James - Analyst
: Hey, guys. Congratulations on the transaction. Couple of questions. In terms of degree of difficulty for integration, how does it rank compared to
some of the others you've done so far this year? What's going to be your biggest challenge with that?
Question: Steven Li - Raymond James - Analyst
: And, John, a couple questions. So you -- in terms of the different revenues that would have to be written off, would it be similar to some of the
transactions you've already done this year? Or is there anything different with this one?

SEPTEMBER 12, 2016 / 1:00PM, OTEX.TO - Open Text Corp to Acquire Dell EMC's Enterprise Content Division
(including Documentum)
Question: Richard Tse - National Bank Financial - Analyst
: Mark, can you just give a sense of the customer overlap here between the two companies just to give a sense of what that would be?
Question: Richard Tse - National Bank Financial - Analyst
: Okay, that's great. So I guess related to that, could you maybe talk about the biggest upselling or cross-selling opportunities among the two bases
here?
Question: Thanos Moschopoulos - BMO - Analyst
: Congratulations on the deal. There have been media reports suggesting that Documentum was already running at a 30 percent operating margin.
Can you comment at all on that?
Question: Thanos Moschopoulos - BMO - Analyst
: Well, given that point, Mark, I mean given that this is a very synergetic acquisition, you're buying out, obviously, one of your closest competitors.
Why shouldn't the operating margin be somewhat well above your target operating model once you integrate it?
Question: Thanos Moschopoulos - BMO - Analyst
: Fair enough. And one more for me. Can you comment on the tax implications? Should the tax rate remain relatively unchanged? Or will there be
a change in that regard?
