Question: Thanos Moschopoulos - BMO Capital Markets - Analyst : Thanos Moschopoulos, BMO Capital Markets. Mark, as you sort of alluded to, the narrative is somewhat different from the last time we were in this room four years ago with much more focus on M&A. And so, from your perspective what exactly changed? Was it [BB] recognition on your part regarding OpenText's core expertise in integrating assets? Is it that maybe as you looked at the market the opportunity for organic growth wasn't quite what you expected initially? Why did you change the narrative??

Before you joined I think the product portfolio was a lot more fragmented. Under your leadership and with Muhi's help, he does a lot of good work in terms of consolidating vendor key pillars.
