Question: Kelly Shi - Jefferies LLC - Analyst
: So on VAV1, given that it is involved in multiple signaling pathways, how do you decide, and also with your partner, the most promising I&I
indications to pursue, based on now available panel of biomarker profiling data? Also have a follow up. Thank you.
Question: Kelly Shi - Jefferies LLC - Analyst
: Thank you very much. And also, one follow up is we see pretty good biomarker inhibition by using this ex vivo simulation approach. Curious how
does it differ from the direct in vivo environment to represent the treatment impact and what level of in vivo biomarker reduction could we expect
in I&I patients based on this result? Thanks.
Question: Kelly Shi - Jefferies LLC - Analyst
: Congrats again. Thank you.
Question: Edward Tenthoff - Piper Sandler & Co. - Analyst
: My question has to do with the prostate cancer, the focus on prostate cancer, which makes a lot of sense. Obviously, as men go through multiple
cycles, including androgen deprivation therapy and enzalutamide and abiraterone, the mutation burden changes. Where do you think the ideal
application is for 2359 and what kind of combinations do you think are worth exploring? Thank you.
Question: Edward Tenthoff - Piper Sandler & Co. - Analyst
: And would you envision combination trials in the future? Thanks.

Question: Edward Tenthoff - Piper Sandler & Co. - Analyst
: Great. Thanks, Philip.
Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: Maybe on that one, just the cytokine changes that you're able to show in the ex vivo simulation. And can you put this in the context of what's been
achieved with a B cell-directed therapy like a BTK or on the T cell side with more of the T cell specific therapies like the IL-17 inhibitors and other
single cytokine mechanisms? Just to put the context of this broad inhibition, what are you achieving on each side of the equation?
And then also with the dosing, just the PK in the MAD dosing. Looks like you're getting very sustained suppression of that one. Should we think
about extended dosing beyond once daily to, maybe, test out weekly or anything like that in some of these trials that are to come?
Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: Okay. That's very helpful. Then maybe just on the prostate cancer expansion cohort. You recognize it's up to 20 to 30. Are there any interim gating
factors that we should think about in terms of the enrollment through the rest of the year?

Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: Okay. Thank you.
Question: Robert Driscoll - Wedbush Securities, Inc - Analyst
: On 2359, for the breast cancer cohort, how are you thinking about the MYC biomarker there and I guess the potential patient population? And
then second question, just any extended thoughts on why there appears to be this discrepancy between the pre-clinical data and the clinical data
for the MYC biomarker and then the other cancer cohorts? Thanks.
Question: Robert Driscoll - Wedbush Securities, Inc - Analyst
: Perfect. Thank you.
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Securities LLC - Analyst
: Question on VAV1, obviously, the safety profile looks very clean, as you described it. Are there any expected on target side effects that you're paying
attention to, for example, infections or other things that are interesting?
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Securities LLC - Analyst
: Okay. Great. Thanks. And then a question on the GSPT1 program, just to reconciling some of the data that was presented today. Have you looked
at correlating GSPT1 degradation with clinical activity in the patients, so far? And I don't know if you disclosed the tumor type that that one responder
in the biomarker positive patients was the lung cancer patient or neuroendocrine and then same for the unconfirmed response (multiple speakers)
--
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Securities LLC - Analyst
: Thank you.
Question: Eric Joseph - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Maybe just one question on the VAV1 program. Anything you can share at this point in terms of how Novartis might be thinking about duration
of the initial Phase 2 trial? And I wondered, if you're just given the seven-day MAD portion of the study, is there any chance of -- I guess, I'm asking
your own comfort on the safety side, whether you expect any intermediate length Phase 1B-type trial before moving into a longer randomized
Phase 2 program.
And then on the GSPT1 program, just having focused in prostate cancer going forward. Can you just talk a little bit about your sense of how MYC
expression tracks with line of treatment, whether there's any, I guess, variation as patients are more heavily pretreated? Thanks.
Question: Eric Joseph - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Okay. Thanks for taking the questions.
