Question: Ted Tenthoff - Piper Sandler - Analyst
: Great, thank you and congratulations on these compelling results. I wanted to get a sense when it comes to this new phase two that you're
talking about, is the plan to use one of the next gen, androgen receptor, inhibitors or is it going to be more of like a physician's choice and
in that case. Would this be something where you would sort of stratify based on companion drug that that's chosen, thank you.
Question: Ted Tenthoff - Piper Sandler - Analyst
: Great thank you very much and congrats looking forward to the data on the rest of the pipeline early in the new year.
Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: Okay, thanks for taking the question, and congrats on the data this morning. But, maybe one quick clarifying question you mentioned a
couple of kind of early discontinuations that were, obviously aren't valuable because they did stop quickly. Did any of those patients can
meet the subset criteria of having, AR mutations and then kind of looking forward to the trial you're going to be starting.
Just what will you have required kind of prior AR I use and then also kind of what other prior therapies might you require before enrolling
in that trial just to kind of make it a homogeneous patient population.

Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: The second is about the modifier one trial just you know what type of kind of pre-treat prior treatments are you going to require or not
require you know prior a inhibitor use or other things like Provito you know just in in terms of what type of patient you need to enroll.
Question: Marc Frahm - TD Cowen - Analyst
: Okay, thanks a lot and congrats.
Question: Robert Driscoll - Wedbush Securities Inc - Analyst
: Great, thanks guys. Good morning and congrats on the data. Maybe just a quick clarification question. I just wondered if you looked at AR
amplification status in the patients evaluated here, just kind of given the pre-clinical data and the, and then the potential for including
amplified patients in the next study, kind of acknowledging that might be a little bit more difficult to define those patients.
Question: Robert Driscoll - Wedbush Securities Inc - Analyst
: Got it. That, that's super helpful. Maybe just kind of one more kind of sciencey question. Just wondering how closely correlated to kind of
the make E2 FAR pathways are, in the early stage patients, just thinking about kind of rationale for going into those early stage patients
maybe one day.
Question: Robert Driscoll - Wedbush Securities Inc - Analyst
: Got it. Makes sense. Thanks a lot guys and congrats again.

Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Securities LLC - Analyst
: Hey guys, good morning, thanks for taking my questions just to follow-up on the activity limited or enhanced in in patients with AR mutations.
I guess at the end of the day, do you see potential for this mechanism to also work in wild type patients perhaps those that are earlier stage
and then. Have you looked at correlation with make expression levels.
And, is there, is there, does that correlation exist, in terms of make expression at baseline and then lastly, on the phase two study, I guess
what type of data would support advancement to phase three? Thanks so much.
