...Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Michael Hurlson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lumentum. It is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2025 annual meeting. Before proceeding further, let me introduce the other directors who are present today, each of whom is also a director nominee. In addition to myself, our directors here online today are Pamela Fletcher, Isaac Harris, Penny Herscher, Julie Johnson, Brian Lillie, Paul Lundstrom, and Ian Small. I would also like to introduce Jae Kim, our Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.
