Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: So we'll jump right into Q&A. So maybe to start out with, the number of companies with in-house TPD platforms or part of that interest in the space
has expanded significantly in recent years, including small private companies, public pure plays and then large pharma companies as well. Can
you talk about the Kymera technology platform in context of protein degradation in general and how you've positioned the company in the
category?
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes, that makes sense. So 2021 was a very productive year for particularly your IRAK4 Degrader Program, KT-474, where we saw initially a single
dose data followed by a multi ascending dose data presented as recently as December. Just remind us of the key learnings from the data and how
they have informed your next development steps.
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Super. Yes, perhaps a question for Jared. That's an area where we have been getting questions as to why the cytokine profile that you've shown is
very comprehensive. How should investors interpret that data in context of potential target indications for 474?
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes. And so you're obviously moving into a patient study now at the moment. Just remind us of the design here. Have you settled on a dose? Will
it be multiple doses? And then also, what are the additional key data points that investors will see coming out of that patient study and what do
they mean for the program?
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes.
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes. No, that makes sense in terms of setting expectations there. Thanks, Nello. And then this program, something you've partnered with Sanofi,
who will be taking on development later on, just remind us of the mechanics here and how Sanofi -- I believe they did mention the program recently,
how they think about longer-term development perhaps beyond HS and AD.
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes, super. Yes. No, definitely. And then let's talk about your other pipeline programs as well. So STAT3 is one that is in Phase 1 now. It's a target
where we've seen some renewed interest in the industry. And just help us understand briefly the mechanism and opportunity here for STAT3 and
what you're trying to accomplish on Phase 1.
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Okay. Is that -- would one expect to see single-agent clinical efficacy with the STAT3 degrader?
Question: Michael Schmidt - Guggenheim Partners - Analyst
: Yes. Okay, super. So unfortunately, we need to wrap up. But you will also have data from your IRAKIMiD program this year as well. So looking
forward to that as well. And then your MDM2 is moving into Phase 1, I believe, late this year as well. So lots going on and yes, thank you for the
time, Nello and Jared.
