Question: Andrew Edmond - Equity Development Ltd - Analyst
: Just a couple of questions. Firstly, on the pace of change in insolvencies, and I'm certainly not going to ask you for a specific date, but there are
already surveys coming out about hiring and unfortunately firing intentions post the withdrawal of furlough, again, focused on the SME sector.
What your read right up to current day? And how will you see momentum building at the moment? And will it take weeks, months, broadly looking
into 2022 to see more of this activity?
Question: Andrew Edmond - Equity Development Ltd - Analyst
: And then a second question, more generally in the past -- and you have a strong balance sheet at the moment. You've talked about using that in
some of the long-term progression of cases that might take many years to reach conclusion and essentially gearing more into the outcome of
those long cases. Is that still ongoing? Is it something that's on the backburner or growing at the same time?
Question: Andrew Edmond - Equity Development Ltd - Analyst
: Okay. Good. Thanks very much.
Question: Rachel May - Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd - Analyst
: Good morning. And I notice that you've doubled your share of the administration market in the last year, it's gone from 6% to 12%. And I assume
a lot of that comes from the acquisition of [Vans], CVR and DRP last year. But do you still think we're yet to see the full benefit of those acquisitions?
Is there scope for the (inaudible) administration market as higher?
And then just to follow on from that, I appreciate it being a challenging market, but have you started to see the benefits of your increase in London
presence?
Question: Rachel May - Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd - Analyst
: Thank you. That's very helpful.
Question: Portia Patel, CFA - Canaccord Genuity Corp - Analyst
: Hi. Thanks for taking my question. It was just, again, on the insolvency market with respect to administrations. I'm just thinking under what
circumstances might the current subdued volumes continue. And under what circumstances might we not see the increase that we're all anticipating
in the higher value, higher margin jobs? Just any color on your thoughts there would be helpful.

Question: Portia Patel, CFA - Canaccord Genuity Corp - Analyst
: Yes. Thank you, Ric.
Question: Roger Leboff - Equity Development Ltd - Analyst
: Hi, thank you. You have covered this, but just your growth strategy, I wonder if your acquisitions are generally strategic or opportunistic. And if
this has changed over the last 18 months. And from that perspective, has the chaos we've seen helped or hindered that strategy?
Question: Roger Leboff - Equity Development Ltd - Analyst
: Right, thank you. And just out of curiosity, the businesses you acquire after that period typically disappear to independent entities and just become
part of the broad group or do they stay -- the other brands, [importantly], stay as standalone businesses. Has it evolved?
