But there's also a disclaimer here which you can read at your leisure. Very pleased to be announcing a strong set of results, continuing a decade of profitable growth. Overall revenue growth of 12%, half of which was organic. Business recovery in advisory, 7% growth over the period led by business recovery, which is up 13%. Record year for the property division with 26% revenue growth, a mixture of acquisition and organic growth. We had full value accretive acquisitions in the period, contributing GBP5 million to reported revenue.
