I will now call the meeting to order. 2021 was an extraordinary year. Despite of all the challenges we faced, our people came together and stayed true to our strategy, and we put our clients first. We still have a lot of work to do, but I'm very proud that we delivered exceptional results for our shareholders. 2022 is already shaping up to be a year of new challenges. There is no question that the first quarter was extremely volatile and much remains uncertain. But whatever the future holds, I believe Goldman Sachs is well positioned. We will continue to make progress on our growth strategy, our commitment to our clients is stronger than ever, and we remain focused, as always, on creating long-term value for our shareholders.
