I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Zachary C. Parker, the President and Chief Executive Officer of DLH Corporation, who will be acting as the Chairman of this meeting. But before we continue with the formalities of the meeting, I would like to thank for the Board but also deeply personal, I would like to thank Martin Delaney for his many valuable contributions to the company as a member of the Board since 1998. As we previously announced, Martin has decided not to stand for reelection to the Board at this meeting.
