Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: Yes, let me reach out to the audience, see if there's anybody who wants to start off with a question. If not, then I've got a couple of them.
Let me ask you, John, so I always believed that there would come a point when you've been sowing the seeds for a couple of quarters, a couple of
years, there comes a point in time when this adoption starts to take off. Do you think we're here, or how far do you think we are, what is the total
addressable market? Because it's all managed lighting. If you could just clarify that for us.

Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: So, correct me if I'm wrong, I think the LED market total is $3 billion-something, last count. Can you give us an idea of what your TAM or available
market for lighting is?
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: And your progression of attack is commercial, then residential, correct me if I'm wrong. Could you maybe lay out your product map as you see it
within Cree?
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: And just to clarify, that's a 60-watt lamp, right?
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: The equivalent? Is there, in your future do you see yourself making lamps that can be just replaced--
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst

Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst

(inaudible) How much do you anticipate the cost will go down, say, in the next three years -- each of the next three years -- in your manufacturing
costs, and what you can deliver to customers?
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: I think we've got a minute left. Let me ask you one final question before we conclude this. In terms of competition, do you suspect that the Taiwanese
manufacturers, the lower-cost guys, will be able to step up enough and be a threat to, for example, the lighting markets?
Question: Harsh Kumar - Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. - Analyst
: Thanks, John. This, I think, concludes it and I particularly appreciate you guys coming after your earnings last night to our conference.
