Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Thanks, John. Now let me start off by talking about some of the growth initiatives that you just alluded to. Given the opportunities out there, what
do you think is the long-term growth opportunity for Cree and how do you get there?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: So talking about the recession, is this a catalyst for people to spend money and save on costs, lighting costs, or is it more of an impediment for you
to continue to grow in this market?

Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: So talking about growth, can we do a bit of a deep dive into some of the specific end markets that you have? You talked about industrial lighting
and consumer, and automotive is another area for growth. So when you look at the various end markets what do you see as the relative strengths
and the relative opportunities that you have in each of the end markets?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: So talking about the tough recessionary environment, I know you can't comment on your specific quarter performance but can you talk about
order visibility? Has it improved, worsened, or has it stayed the same since you reported a few weeks back?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: So I am going to switch gears slightly to talk about your profitability starting with the gross margins. What do you think is your long-term gross
margin model? And I know you did approximately 37% in gross margins in the previous quarter. What do you think is the opportunity for you to
increase your gross margins in the long run?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Great. Another component of gross margin, of course, is pricing. Can you comment on the pricing environment out there, both components and
chips?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Okay. Also can you talk about the conversion to 4-inch wafers, because that also helps you improve gross margins in the long run?
Question: Venk Nathamuni - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Okay. I want to turn it over to the audience to see if they have any questions before I go through my list here.
